Something old. Something new. Everything delicious.

Fusion is nothing new to Austin, in fact, we think we do it better than anywhere. We’re excited to feed you. Come get to know us.

Respect is always earned, never demanded. Our philosophy…

Food should be respected. We start there and then make it easy for our guests to do the same. We recognized that there’s a balance between the academics of the culinary arts and the reality of everyday life. Our goal is to take both and create something delicious and memorable.

Bianca Frasier – Chef/Owner

Raised in Texas to a Vietnamese mother and a father of Scottish/Irish heritage, the cultures she was exposed to from an early age gave Bianca a unique perspective. She’s never shy in letting you know who she is and where she’s from and when you dine with her, you instantly understand and appreciate it all.

With a degree from the University of Evansville in Theater design and technology, she went on to study at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin. Most recently, she was the Sous Chef at Foreign and Domestic, one of Austin’s most notable dining experiences.

A food truck?

It’s no secret that some of the best food in Austin comes from food trucks. Often seen as a vehicle (pun absolutely intended) for comfort food, we felt this was the perfect venue to create our concept from scratch. Small spaces, big ideas. Located at the Gibson Street Bar in the former Luke’s Inside Out trailer, the originator of the craft food trailer concept, we’re honored to continue their tradition of bringing the casual and easygoing nature of a food truck to a creative and surprising menu.
